The first transnational meeting was hosted by DGASPC HR, Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Harghita – Romania on 12-13th June 2018.
During the meeting the project coordinator presented the project’s main idea, and explained the background, why it has important role for the target group. Also, the coordinator presented the aims and objectives and the expected intellectual outcomes and their respective activities.
There was also time allocated to management, to elaborate the dissemination plan and the stakeholder’s list, which was explained by the Romanian partner, Spektrum and DGASPC HR. The Italian partner, FormAzione Co&So presented the Quality Management Handbook, the evaluation of progress, quality and achievements of the project. The Croatian partner, Sirius and the Romanian partner, Spektrum presented the identification of the core competencies targeted trough the online and face-to-face activities. With the involvement of the partners has been planned the implementation of outputs and the activities. The partners visited the Protected Homes Network and Social Centre with Multifunctional Destination - Sânmartin.
